In 2025, we will be phasing out legacy sink filter replacements, which have provided years of reliable service. These legacy sink filter systems are now up to 32 years old and have exceeded their original manufacturing materials guidelines.

Product Upgrade Available

To ensure you continue to enjoy the same long-lasting performance, we are shifting everyone to newer, upgraded models by the end of 2025. Newer models have been available since 2012 and are made in the same USA factory with the same quality and reliability you are accustomed to. Newer systems have easy twist-off filters and are comparable in price.

Key Dates

In 2012, legacy sink filtration systems were discontinued and replaced with our upgraded ESSENTIAL filtration systems. We continued to provide filter replacements for discontinued legacy product to make the upgrade transition easy.
On December 31, 2025, replacement filters for legacy sink filtration models will no longer be available. Please contact customer service for assistance with updating your legacy filter system.
